She has started her career at SaaS company which is the leader company of HR recruitment in Turkey. After worked for the top Telco companies for 5 years as a Key Account Manager she started her executive search career at one of the global executive search companies in Turkey. Duygu focuses on senior and top-level executive search in technology, telecom, and digital services.
Before founding Beyonder Scouts, Duygu built a trusted network through her success as Director for the technology and digital brand of one of reputable global recruitment group in Turkey. She started up the new brand strategy from scratch, developed growth strategy for market, assessing competitors, building marketing plans, setting up business goals, investing in technology tools and people. She focus on Digital Transformation, Fintech, Martech, Private Equities, Management Consultancy, Start Up and SaaS sectors and Functionally she focuses on CIO (Chief Information Officer) and CTO (Chief Technology Officer)Vice President of Customer Success, Customer Experience, CDO (Chief Data Officer), Engineering Director, Strategy Director, CISO (Chief Security Officer )roles in all industries.
Duygu has a B.A. degree in Communication Faculty at Kocaeli University/Turkey. She studied MBA at Yıldız Yechnical University/Turkey. In addition to her native Turkish, she speaks fluent English. She is single and have a son.
